Total Computing offers on-site services at your home or business at a time that is convenient for you. Many tasks are actually quite simple and take less than a few hours. If you called a larger computer store with these tasks, they would require you to bring your computer in to the store and leave it there while they worked on it. Instead, we come to you. Your computer never leaves your desk, and your busy day is not interrupted with trips to the store. We charge an inexpensive hourly rate for our on-site services, and we offer an additional discount to Delta residents.
Flat rate take-away services are also available for tasks that may require more than a few on-site hours. Take-away services involve us coming to your home or business, removing the computer, and returning it as soon as the work is completed. This is often the most economical choice for large jobs requiring more than three or four hours of work. Some tasks, like complete computer assemblies or re-formatting and operating system installations, are more streamlined when the computer can be removed due to facilities available, tools on hand, and time constraints.
